Law-drafting

EPL experts take part in

• drafting of environmental laws/regulations of national and local authorities,
• participating in different working groups on the development an improvement of the environmental legislation
  For example, comments
  - on Environmental Protection Act,
  - on Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Expertiza laws,
  - on legal regulation of pesticides use and utilization,
  - on Regulation on Access to Environmental Information,
  - on Regulation on Public Environmental Inspectors,
  - on implementation of Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers in Ukraine,
  - on Regulation on Public Participation in Environmental Decision-Making,
  etc

On local level EPL took part in

• drafting of the local environmental action plan for Lviv
• Regulation on the maintenance of domestic animals in Lviv
• and commented and discussed the Regulation of the noise standards for Lviv and plan of the waste utilization in Lviv.
