In order to disseminate this practice and promote environmentalization of all spheres of social life in Ukraine the project was initiated. The goal of the project is to improve access to justice for citizens in the sphere of protection of environmental rights and the environment through development of an educational course on environmental law for judges, wide notification of judges about Ukrainian and foreign jurisprudence in the sphere of protection of environmental rights and development of recommendation for elimination of barriers in access to justice for protection of environmental rights. The educational course will be implemented as part of educational process at the National School of Judges of Ukraine and within the project at least 7 trainers of the course on protection of environmental rights will be trained, which will allow to disseminate the course as educational tool for judges on the national level.
