Within the project “Improvement of access to justice in the sphere of protection of environmental rights of citizens and the environment” implemented at financial support of USAID EPL are developing a training course for judges “Environmental protection and human rights”.
One of the modules of the training course is devoted to overview and analysis of jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in the sphere of protection of environmental rights of citizens. Short overview in Ukrainian of ECHR decisions regarding Ukraine in the sphere of protection of human health and the environment can be found here, here and here.
