The collection of articles and abstracts presents problems of environmental protection through the prism of human rights, reviews environmental issues as part of constitutional and international law, considers the role of the environmental law in the European reforms of the new Ukraine, analyzes the course of reforms of institutions and programs in environmental law, shows examples of implementation of professor S.M.
