Szentendre, Hungary. 2003, in English.Handbook on Access to Justice under the Aarhus Convention consists of two part – analytic and cases. The Handbook includes cases on the access to justice issues from different countries of Central and Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia. Three cases on access to environmental information from EPL practice are described in the Handbook. Taking into account the existent practice and prospects of enforcement of the Aarhus convention on the access to justice issues, experts in the sphere of environmental law from different countries prepared the analytic part of the Handbook on the access to justice issues in the sphere of environmental protection (for example, access to justice in cases involving access to environmental information, access to justice in cases involving public participation in decision-making, the public’s right to enforce environmental law, financial an other barriers in access to justice, etc.).
