International public interest environmental law organization Environment-People-Law (EPL) has started realization of the project “Administrative reform in the sphere of environmental protection: consequences and ways of improvement”. The project is aimed at analyzing consequences of the administrative reform in the sphere of environmental protection and developing recommendations for eliminating drawbacks. The main result of the project will be development of a unified provision on departments of environment and natural resources at regional state administrations, which will regulate existing conflicts.
The project realization is financially supported by the Civil Society and Good Governance Program of the International Renaissance Foundation.
